A retelling in Siwi by Sherif Bougdoura of part of the story of the prophet Ṣāliḥ, in response to a suggestion from Lameen Souag. His retelling was based on a short text in Arabic he had consulted to refresh his memory of the story, but is far from a literal translation; it includes a quote in Arabic from Qur'an 23:145. Recorded by Lameen Souag in Siwa on 19 May 2012, in a file named STE-033.wav. An earlier edition of the transcription was published in Souag 2013:264-267 (_Berber and Arabic in Siwa (Egypt): A Study in Linguistic Contact_. Berber Studies Vol. 37. Köln: Rüdiger Köppe.).
